♥ We operate on first come first served basis. Priority will be given to those who have submitted their order form with full details and can make payment promptly.

♥ After confirmation has been made, the buyer needs to make payment within 2 days. Once the buyer is not able to make payment, the item goes to the next customer.

Postage Policy

♥ Buyers have to bear postage fees. Standard local courier fees are applicable. Posting will be done using Pos Laju and Pos Express only.

♥ All posting of parcels will be done within 1-3 business days, after receiving payments from customers.

♥ For your information, the post office is closed on every first Saturday of the month, Sundays & public holidays.

♥ We have the right to change our posting schedule at any time & customers will be notified earlier first.

♥ Postage fees are shown below. Subsequent fees will be charged if more clothes are purchased.

Fixed at RM4.00 per item (recommended for tiny items)
