Frequently Asked Questions
1. The items in this website are ready stocks or do I have to pre-order?
All items displayed in our website are ready stocks and we do not do pre-orders (unless stated). Items will be posted out according to the next posting schedule once payment has been received.
2. How do I make payment?
Once we have processed your order, we will provide you with our Maybank account details. The payment methods can be done via bank transfer, cash deposit and online banking.
3. How long does it take for my parcel to arrive once it is sent?
For local delivery, it will take about 1-3 working days, depending on the location of the mailing address you have given us.
4. What if I did not received my parcel? What shall I do?
All posting will be done with Pos Laju only, so the parcel delivery will be secured. However, if your parcel does not arrive after 3 days, you can check it's location at www.poslaju.com.my or you can call the helpline at 1300-300-300 with the tracking number provided to trace your parcel.
5. Do I have to pay for postage fees?
Yes, you would need to pay for postage fees. Please refer to our fees table for accurate amount.
6. How do I know if the clothes fits me? Can I try on before purchasing?
We will state the recommend size of the clothings. However, we cannot guarantee that it will fit you well and we do not provide fitting service.
7. Can I reserved an item and for how long?
Reservation is allowed for only maximum 24 hours. If payment is not done within 24 hours, the item will be released for sale again without notice.
8. Once purchased has been made, I changed my mind about the size/color/pattern! Can I make an exchange?
Items sold are not exchangeable or refundable. Kindly make sure you state the correct order to us.
9. I saw something I like but it's stated "Reserved". Can I still purchase it?
Once confirmation is sent, an item will be placed under "Reserved" status. During this reservation period, this item will not be available to public. However, if payment is not made within 24 hours, reserved items will be released to the next interested buyer in line.
10. I saw something I like but it's sold out! Can I still purchase it?
Most of our items are non-restockable unless stated otherwise. As we try to bring in unique items for our customers and in limited quantites.
11. I have received my parcel but found a hole/irremovable stain in my shoes. Do I get a refund?
We will do a thorough quality check for every single shoe before we post it out to customers. If we somehow missed a piece, we do offer exchange or refund in such circumstances. But this is provided that the shoes are unworn and tags have not been removed.
12. I am from overseas customer and interested in your items. How do I go about purchasing it?
We welcome any overseas customers who wish to make a purchase. We will get back to you about the shipping costs. International shipping
